Refund Policy

1. Overview

All purchases from CubeMeisterCreations are subject to this Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Due to the nature of our products—including digital files, licensed content, and made-to-order items—refunds are limited and granted only under specific conditions outlined below.


2. Digital Products (STL Files, Downloads, Licensed Content)

No Refund Policy

All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable, including:

  • STL files
  • Downloadable assets
  • License purchases (Personal or Commercial)

This applies regardless of:

  • Whether the file has been downloaded
  • User error or lack of technical knowledge
  • Software, printer, or compatibility issues

Limited Exceptions (At Our Discretion Only)

We may provide a replacement file only if:

  • The file is demonstrably corrupted or incomplete
  • You received the wrong file

Requests must be made within 3 days of purchase and include proof of the issue.


Licensing Alignment

  • Purchasing a file grants a license to use, not ownership of the file
  • Licenses are non-refundable once issued
  • Upgrading (e.g., Personal → Commercial) is allowed, but downgrades and refunds are not

Violation of license terms may result in:

  • Immediate license revocation
  • Termination of access without refund

3. Physical Products (3D Printed Items)

All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)

We do not accept returns or refunds except in cases where:

  • The item arrives damaged, or
  • The item is significantly different from its description

Not Considered Defects

The following are not valid reasons for refunds:

  • Minor surface imperfections inherent to 3D printing
  • Layer lines, slight texture differences, or finish variations
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Improper use, handling, or post-processing by the customer

Damage Claims (Strict Requirements)

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The item
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.


Resolution

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item only (refunds are not guaranteed), or
  • Issue a refund at our sole discretion

4. Subscriptions

  • All subscription payments are final and non-refundable
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Cancellation must be completed before the next billing cycle

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Unused benefits
  • Forgotten cancellations
  • Lack of usage

5. Chargebacks & Abuse

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

  • Revoke all licenses (personal and commercial)
  • Permanently ban access to our products and services
  • Refuse future service

6. Right to Refuse Refunds

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that:

  • Does not meet the conditions outlined above
  • Appears fraudulent or abusive
  • Violates our licensing terms
